By accessing or using Pitch Path, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Free and Premium Plans
Pitch Path offers a free tier with access to all 4 game modes, and Premium plans with additional features. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase.
Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users' accounts, reverse engineer any part of the platform, or use automated tools to interact with the service.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code on Pitch Path is owned by Pitch Path or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Pitch Path is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
